PLEASE OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING YOUR UNIT TO SEIKI.
PRODUCT RETURNS – Products purchased through Seiki.com within twenty one (21) days after the date of purchase may be returned to SEIKI by the original purchaser. The original purchaser must first obtain a SEIKI Case Number by e-mailing Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org OR by calling 855.MY.SEIKI. All returned products are subject to a fifteen (15) percent restocking fee and shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
How to Get a Case Number:
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN - Products must be shipped with freight prepaid, in its original packaging, with all manuals and accessories. Products must be received by SEIKI at the address specified by SEIKI Customer Service within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of the Case Number. Customers are solely responsible for loss or damage to the product while it is in transit to SEIKI. SEIKI will not accept any returns without a valid Case Number, without proper packaging, without a complete and correct product, or if the unit was damaged in transit. SEIKI reserves the right to ship back rejected returns at the customer’s sole expense without issuing a refund. SEIKI also reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, manuals, or accessories in addition to the fifteen (15) percent restocking fee.

REFUNDS - Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit your fund according to our return policy. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
